Q: Do you have insurance to work on my property?

Yes. We are insured via public liability insurance to the sum of £5m and employers liability to the sum of £10m. Q: Do you provide your own equipment for the gutter clearance process?

We have all the necessary equipment that we require on board in our vehicles to carry out the gutter clearance process. This includes our own electricity production via generator, quick stage for use on commercial buildings and gutter vacuum systems, poles, cameras, ladders etc.

Q: Can you clean gutters in all types of weather conditions?

While most gutter cleaning can be done in various weather conditions, severe weather, such as heavy rain or storms, may affect the scheduling of the service for safety reasons.

Q: Do you also inspect the gutters for any damage or issues during the cleaning process?

Q: Do you have a video service to show the process during your visit?

Yes. We show our customers the process before and after clearance via camera that all debris have been removed and that everything obstruction free as it should be. We also point out any potential issues which may have presented themselves during the inspection process before and after.

Q: How long does it usually take to clean gutters?

The time required for gutter cleaning depends on the size of the property and the extent of the blockages, but it typically takes a few hours to complete the job thoroughly.
