All you need to do is notify us either by email or text message with the details of your new property, (address and postcode) there is no need to cancel your direct debit, it will move to your new property. Depending on the size of your new property, prices may be adjusted up or down with prior notice given to you before cleans commence.

We use a system called GoCardless which is a mandate direct debit.
Initially, after a quote and you have agreed the price, we will send you a link directly to your phone or email address, where you will be able to sign up in as little as 30 seconds. After we clean your windows, you will be issued with an invoice and payments will automatically be taken 5 working days after your clean.
For example: Your windows were cleaned on a Wednesday, payment will be taken from your account the following Wednesday, working days refers to Monday to Friday only and excludes weekends.
Your windows are cleaned with purified water, using a telescopic pole system with a brush attachment on the end, we first agitate the dirt on the windows and frames, followed by rinsing the agitated dirt away with the purified water. As purified water contains no minerals or particles, the water evaporates leaving a perfectly clean window with no smears or marks.
Windows can be cleaned in the rain. It is a common misconception that the rainwater will make your windows dirty, the rainwater is actually very pure, similar to what we use in our machines to wash your windows. However, if the rain is extreme, there may be circumstances where we will need to rearrange your window clean. This also applies for wind and snow and other extreme weather.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific times, due to many factors out of our control. Windows are cleaned on the day specified, between the hours of 8am and 6pm unless otherwise stated in a message or phone call.
Yes we do. A text message, email service or phone call is provided the day before we come to clean your windows, this will help with things like leaving gates unlocked for access.
